Success! The note deal between myself and Bryan actually worked!
That allowed me to pick up some major personal coaching at a total net cost of about $10,000.
The Other People's Money principle is working for me, and more leverage is being created by the day. I am looking at getting a FAX machine for Christmas, so that I can stay connected to my various coaches at all times.
Why am I not worried about picking up valid website traffic?
Because I am not presently selling products, nor am I teaching you to sell products.
That all comes from a later stage of the business.
Right now, the LACK of traffic to my site serves as a protection against undesirable legal liabilities. Don't ever let anyone convince you that making money on the net is "one click easy," because that is a pitch designed to separate you from your risk cash.
What have I learned lately?
I learned something even better...how to draw up a Promissory Note.
It's not nearly as complicated as your lawyer or your accountant would have you believe...but that one document, properly executed, can CREATE money for you out of thin air!
All it takes is a desire to exchange money between at least two people, a reasonable amopunt of time for repayment, and (usually) a piece of valuable property to act as "security" for the note, such as a house or a car.
In my particular case, I created a $6,000 or so profit for my first client, literally out of thin air, and used no security whatsoever. Why? Because HE had the money I needed to pay my next financial literacy mentor...who, in turn, had convinced me that he could teach me to deal with sums of money in the high 6-7 figure ranges...by putting myself in the middle of some lucrative, confidential contracts between high-end investors!
One principle I have been using throughout this project, is not to WAIT for anything to become productive. I am pursuing my training in commercial financing, at the same time as I am developing this blog, at the same time as I am writing up the blueprint for my first book according to the Steve Manning system, and learning how to promote two or more different MLM companies, as well as actually generating small amounts of cash from surveys and Paid To Read situations...all of this in the same 24 hour day, and no mention yet of my various affiliate programs.
Meanwhile, the only obligation I have ever taken on in the project, is to see that OTHER PEOPLE get paid...according to whichever of the 3 True Currencies they most want to see at the time.
That's a whole different attitude.
"Do more than what you are paid for, and you will soon be paid for more than you do." I believe master motivator Og Mandino said that...but I would welcome corrections from anyone who knows of a better original source.

Saturday May 27, 2006: By now blogger has taken steps to enable comment moderation and implement a "human checker" script, both of which measures were specifically designed to eliminate comment spam.
Some people (if they can find me at all) will probably look at the entire output of my project as a glorified "SPLOG" or SPAM BLOG.
The theory is that wealth is attracted to speed. My practice has always been that wealth is also attracted to both productivity and connectivity.
Please be advised that I do moderate most comments which have appeared here.
My basic rule for what gets through is that it MUST look like a comment left by an actual HUMAN visitor, OR it must reference a NEW resource which has not appeared here before.
On the other hand, I am not all that interested in stopping anyone else from making either a pitch, or a living, or both...I have enough to do here just keeping out repetitious comments which were badly written by bots controlled by novice marketers with atrocious spelling.
