I was reviewing my course on cashflow note trades the other day (sorry I can't mention the name here as I am not a formally registered affiliate, just a student of the program) and something occurred to me...if a cashflow note is simply a binding IOU, wouldn't it be possible to CREATE some cashflow paper AROUND the investment deal I want to transact?
To test the Due Dilligence aspects, I recently filed a post in the Paper Assets thread of the Richdad community forums. What I want to do is to create a legally tight, saleable cashflow note or notes, with attractive enough terms to interest the original buyers, for which I can then use the resulting cash-stream to finance the tuition for the A.D. Kessler real estate course I was offered several months ago...
The main problem of course, being the "seasoning" or securing of the note to viable real assets...I have no doubt that the Kessler training will teach me enough techniques to acquire real estate assets quickly using Other People's Money, but how to offer complete strangers a solidly justified impression of safety in case of "my" default, is another question entirely.
I want to have all these aspects neatly and ethically resolved before I actually offer any such notes for a private sale. if any of my tiny but growing audience has any useful input on the questions above, please don't hesitate to contact me here.

If I have to I am going to start taking down names to file a CLASS-ACTION spam report...none of these comments are are any use as anything except a stealth endorsement of products not attatched to the project.
A lot of them are outside any niche markets I deal with at all, and most have poor spelling and grammatical errors of the kind that show off their generation by automatic bots.
I already know that as a vulnerable adult, I can basically be robbed with impunity, especially by bureaucrats.
I find SPAM marketing to be just as annoying as the rest of you...which is why I have NEVER introduced any form of auto-responder or email blaster technology here.
Tip for recognizing BLOG SPAM...look carefully for misspelled, non-specific comments with unauthorized hotlinks inside it.
